Great candles - one small glitch

i was happy to find these candes on line. Thrilled that they are not just Canada but also Quebec made. Also thrilled that they are vegan and chemical free. The scent they produce is lovely. However there is one little glitch that, hopefully can be easily fixed on your end. With both candle I bought, one or sometime two of the three wicks would burn out randomly. Not sure why this is happening, and not sure how to address the issue…longer wicks? Wicks from a different material? anyway, apart from that issue I was really impressed with this product.
