Order, tracking and delivery
Due to high traffic, delivery delays may vary.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Depending on the distance, please allow a delay of 2 to 8 business days before the delivery starting the day you will receive the order's confirmation email.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
1. IN STORE RETURNS: PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN STORE
Products purchased in store can be returned free of charge to one of our stores within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store. This policy applies to orders placed after April 1, 2019.
ANY PURCHASES OR ORDERS MADE BEFORE APRIL 30, 2019, ARE FINAL SALES.
Present your product, accompanied by your receipt, at the cash and we will refund you by the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The products must be in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Final sale products (70% or more off) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
2. RETURNS BY MAIL: PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE
Within 30 days, items purchased on our website may be returned by mail and refunded. The products must be in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products purchased on final sale (70% or more off) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.

4. CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER
As long as you have not received the shipping confirmation, you may cancel your order by calling 1-855-682-2623 (toll-free).
If you have already received a shipping confirmation, your package is on its way. But don't worry: you can return the ordered items to us by following the usual return procedure.
5. REFUND/RETURN OF SALES ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
We will exchange or refund sales items you purchased in store within 15 days of purchase. We will refund you by the payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. REFUND/RETURN OF FINAL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
Final sale products (70% or more off) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
7. REFUND/RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUTLETS OR LIQUIDATIONS
Products purchased in outlets or on liquidation are final sales. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
8. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS/REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS IN NON-STANDARD PACKAGING
Dans un Jardin reserves the right to refuse a return or to refuse to refund products that were purchased in non-standard packaging during closing, liquidation or final sales or from the Dans un Jardin website.
