Availability of items
All orders are prepared in our warehouse. Items that we have in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours, and those that are not in stock are normally shipped within 7 to 10 days. If an item is not available, the customer is notified by email and the item is removed and refunded from the order.
All prices listed on www.dansunjardin.com are in Canadian dollars. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are extra. The price to be paid for each product is the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Dans un Jardin reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the price of the items advertised on the site.
Sales taxes are calculated according to the province where the order will be shipped. For Quebec, for example, the taxes added will be QST (Quebec Sales Tax) and GST (Federal Goods and Services Tax).
Orders placed on www.dansunjardin.com must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or through PayPal. No other method of payment is accepted.
Delivery and shipping costs
Rates per order start at $9.95 for regular service, plus taxes. These rates are fixed and established regardless of the address, the province, or the number of items in the order.
Purchases of $65 and over (before taxes) for the same order, Dans un Jardin automatically pays the shipping fees for regular service delivery. Available in Quebec and Ontario only.
Orders for items in stock at our warehouse must be processed within two business days, plus 3 to 7 business days for regular delivery service. Dans un Jardin cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to the carrier (Canada Post).
Cancellation of a Web order
You may cancel an order as long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation for it. You can verify whether we have sent the confirmation by calling 1855-682-2623. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the ordered items to us as soon as you receive them by following the normal procedure described below (return of goods purchased on our website).
Instead of having your order delivered to you, you can pick it up in the Dans un Jardin store of your choice. This option is free of charge, regardless of the amount of the order. You will be notified by phone as soon as your purchases arrive in the store. To pick them up, you will need to show proof of identity.
Return of merchandise purchased on our website (except for final sales)
If an item purchased on our website is not suitable for you, you may return it to us free of charge within 30 days of the shipping date. Items purchased in final sale cannot be returned.
By mail: follow the 4-step procedure, print out the packing slip, affix it to the package and mail it in. As soon as we receive the package at our offices, we will refund you according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
In an Dans un Jardin store: upon presentation of your invoice, we will reimburse you according to the method of payment used when you placed your order.
Products must be returned to us in new condition. Products that do not comply with this rule cannot be refunded or exchanged. The delivery charges you paid to receive your order are not refundable.
Specific conditions for final sales (50% discount and more)
Products on final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items cannot therefore be returned, either by mail or in store.
Return of merchandise purchased in store
Items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. We will reimburse you according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Price Adjustment Policy
Upon request and upon presentation of the invoice, we can offer a price adjustment on items sold at regular price within 10 days of purchase. Price adjustments are not granted on merchandise purchased on sale (promotions, rebates and coupon codes). No price adjustment is possible on the following events: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, our special events and VIP sales
