1 Place your Lampe Berger on a stable surface away from any source of heat. Remove the openwork shade (A) and the cap (B).
2 Fill your Lampe Berger 2/3 full with a Lampe Berger Parfum de Maison. Wipe your Lampe Berger carefully.
	3 Insert the wick (F) incorporated in the burner (E) into your Lampe Berger. Check the burner (E) is inserted fully into the neck (C). Before the first use, replace the cap (B) and leave the wick (F) to soak for approximately 20 minutes.
4 Light the burner (E) using a lighter or match. Leave the flame to burn for 2 minutes. Warning : never replace the openwork shade (A) over the flame.
	5 Blow out the flame.
6 Your Lampe Berger is now operating. Never touch the burner during operation. Replace the openwork shade (A) over the burner (E). 25 to 45 minutes’ burn time is sufficient for a room of 40 to 65 ft^2.
	7 To shop your Lampe Berger, remove the openwork shade (A) and replace the cap (B) on the burner (E). Replace the open- work shade (A) on the lamp.

Warning : Some Lampe Berger models have an openwork shade (A) that differs in shape
and material from that shown in the instructions. Follow the same instructions for these.



Recommendations

Replace the wick and burner assembly (E + F) once a year or every 250 uses.
Keep your Lampe Berger and Parfums de Maison out of the reach of children.
If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
Never operate your Lampe Berger without Parfum de Maison.
When your Lampe Berger is not in use, please ensure that the cap (B) is on the burner (E).
This prevents the evaporation of the Parfum de Maison.
The LAMPE BERGER guarantee is only valid when Lampe Berger Parfums de Maison are used.
